Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 + Bonus

You'll play a key part in building a high-performing workforce from the ground up, primarily supporting our Field and Customer Experience teams, the backbone of our business. Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the recruiting process end-to-end
- Source, screen, and hire top talent across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, CSR, Dispatch, and support roles
- Post and manage job openings using Greenhouse ATS
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling
- Ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Conduct phone screens and candidate follow-ups
- Manage pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screenings)
- Lead pre-start calls to ensure new hires feel confident and prepared
- Facilitate a smooth, organized, and welcoming onboarding experience
- Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with internal teams
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Agency recruiting or inside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
