A Schedule That Supports Work-Life Balance
Our full-time teachers work four 10-hour shifts each week, giving you one additional weekday off every week. This schedule provides more time for appointments, family, personal commitments, and rest while maintaining full-time hours and benefits.
Position Responsibilities
As an Experienced Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
- Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum while adapting lessons to meet each child's developmental needs.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through meaningful learning experiences.
- Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication using our classroom app and daily conversations.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
- Support your center's success by providing exceptional care, maintaining classroom excellence, and contributing to enrollment and family satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
This position is intended for experienced Early Childhood Educators. We are looking for teachers who have previous classroom experience and can confidently manage a classroom while providing high-quality early childhood education.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous experience working as a teacher in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood education program (required)
- A High School Diploma or GED
- The ability to meet all state licensing requirements
- A passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
