Outside Sales Representative (Hunter Role) – Growth to Branch Manager
If you thrive on prospecting, closing new business, and being out in the field, this is a true hunter-style sales role with a clear path into leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and win new restaurant & foodservice accounts in your territory
• Generate business through cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site demos and close equipment + chemical sales
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities
Compensation
• $40K base + uncapped commission (On target earnings between $80K-$90K)
• Quarterly bonuses + performance incentives
