Job Title: Associate Sourcing Manager – Ingredients

Scope of Responsibility:
- Associate Sourcing Manager reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing.
- Identify, qualify, negotiate and manage strategic supplier relationships.
- Identify primary and secondary sources of supply – both domestic and international.
- Effectively work cross-functionally with R&D, quality and product management to drive the new product introduction process.
- Partner with contract manufacturing to ensure supply/ingredient compatibility with the manufacturing process.
Background Required:
- Highly energetic, creative, self-directed individual with at least 2 years of global sourcing / procurement experience.
- Background that includes some combination of purchasing food, nutrition, dietary supplements, proteins, vitamins, enzymes, organic flavors / sweeteners, and/or other ingredients.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment managing multiple projects and establishing processes.
Compensation Plan:
- $85,000 – $100,000.
