Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, professional, and passionate Esthetician with minimum 5 years' experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the beauty and confidence of our clients. You will also play a key role in promoting our services and products, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, Anti-aging treatments
- 35-45 mins treatment/service time
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment areas and equipment.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring each client feels valued and cared for during their visit.
Requirements
- Sundays are REQUIRED
- Spanish Speaker PERFERRED
- Ability to work in a fast paced and stressed environment.
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Experience with dermabrasion, red light, laser, chemical peels, body contouring
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, particularly in retail sales and upselling services/products.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
