Leading Logistics LLC is seeking a highly organized, safety‑driven, and proactive Operations Senior Lead to support daily delivery operations and lead our team of Delivery Associates. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of Amazon DSP performance standards.
The Operations Senior Lead serves as the right hand to the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth execution of routes, compliance with safety protocols, and consistent team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including load-out, dispatch, and route execution
- Supervise and support Lead Drivers and Delivery Associates throughout the shift
- Conduct safety briefings, performance check-ins, and compliance reminders
- Monitor real-time route progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Ensure all drivers follow Amazon DSP safety standards, scanning procedures, and delivery protocols
- Perform van inspections for cleanliness, damage, and compliance
- Coach drivers on performance, safety, and professionalism
- Document incidents, performance concerns, and operational issues
- Assist with scheduling, route adjustments, and shift planning
- Step into a route when needed to support operational continuity
- Maintain a positive, accountable, and safety-first team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Delivery Associate experience (Lead Driver or similar leadership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP metrics (DAST, Rescue, Scorecard, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (rarely required; accommodations available)
- Clean driving record and ability to meet all Amazon DSP driver requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence
- Comfortable enforcing policies and coaching team members

Schedule
- Full-time, including weekends and peak season availability
- Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, or extended hours based on operational needs
