Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Turnover Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, commercial facilities, apartment turn-key cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results, works efficiently in fast-paced environments, and understands the importance of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism for property owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed turnover cleanings for Airbnb and short-term rental properties, ensuring units are guest-ready
- Complete move-in/move-out and apartment turn-key cleanings, including deep cleaning of all living spaces
- Provide routine and detailed cleaning services for commercial properties
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all designated areas
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and high-touch surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior fixtures
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Perform floor care, including carpet cleaning and hard-surface maintenance as needed
- Launder and properly stage linens and towels for short-term rental properties
- Restock supplies when applicable and report low inventory
- Follow established cleaning checklists, procedures, and quality standards
- Safely and effectively use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with property managers, clients, and team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in residential, short-term rental, apartment, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and instructions
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight turnover deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift items as required
