Infinity Retail Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all equipment, machinery, facilities, and grounds. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and directing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, managing maintenance personnel, controlling maintenance costs, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to avoid downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintain database of all machine & building repairs.
- Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety Rules and regulations.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Repairs may be outside of scheduled hours.
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
- Back up painter for spray booth
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Experience in plant manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Certified for Infinity’s Lockout Tagout Program.
- Certified to operate all lift trucks.
- Ability to work flexible hours outside of standard production hours.
