About us
Holé Mole/Holé Smokes BBQ combo location fuses together our Famous Hole Mole Fish Tacos and our delicious Texas Style BBQ concepts together under one roof. We built a new 14 person bar at our Huntington Beach location and are looking for personable individuals who love to serve others.
We offer 20 beers on tap, craft micheladas and wine/sabe based cocktails.
Must be 21 or older to apply due to pouring of beer and wine.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service
- Proficiency in working with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle food preparation, bussing, and guest services efficiently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to upsell and provide excellent hospitality
- Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations
- Culinary experience and kitchen operations knowledge is a plus
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell to customers
