Pay Rate: $1800 To $1960/Week
Contract: 26 Weeks
Schedule: Day or Night Shift, 32 Guaranteed Hours/Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care to patients of all ages. The Respiratory Therapist will perform respiratory assessments, administer therapeutic treatments, manage ventilators, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care while respecting patient rights and dignity.
Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care services to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
Perform respiratory assessments and administer prescribed respiratory therapies.
Manage airway support, assist with intubations, and operate mechanical ventilators.
Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis.
Administer respiratory medications and oxygen therapy.
Perform chest physiotherapy, suctioning, pulmonary function testing (PFT), EKGs, Holter monitoring, and stress testing.
Monitor patient response to therapy and document all care accurately in Cerner EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program (or equivalent approved by NBRC)
Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
NBRC Credential: RRT or CRT
Current BLS certification
ACLS, PALS,NRP certifications
Strong knowledge of ventilator management, airway management, ABG analysis, respiratory medications, and pulmonary diagnostics
