Summary
Play a hands-on role in keeping our grain operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. As a Union Grain Laborer, you will support daily elevator operations through essential housekeeping, material handling, and general labor tasks that keep equipment, work areas, and product flow in top condition. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work, values safety and teamwork, and enjoys contributing to the success of a fast-paced agricultural operation.
This position has a base rate of $23.85] per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Perform routine housekeeping requirements as directed.

Perform all work within the safety guidelines established by local state, and federal agencies as well as company policies.

Required to maintain hygienic/sanitary workspace to maintain product safety and quality.

Minimum Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Reading, Writing, Math and Analytical skills.

Able to move freely throughout the Division facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-100 pounds), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), grain dust, humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
- Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus.
