We are an established and reputable bagel shop located in the heart of Harlem, NY.
We are looking for reliable, hard working team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier client service at the register and expediting stations.
- Take orders, input orders and complete orders in the POS.
- Greet customers with a pleasant, calm demeanor.
- Expedite orders including making beverages, packaging the orders, and ensuring order accuracy when expediting.
- Side work includes prepping tubs of cream cheese, making cold brew, lemonade and iced tea, restocking the beverage fridge, cleaning all stations.
Experience
- Cashier experience is a must. Previous POS experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -- completing many tasks simultaneously.
