Tacolicious is a San Francisco take on Mexican food and hospitality, serving craveable tacos, fresh seasonal dishes, house margaritas, and a lively selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. Our Mission location features a full bar, indoor dining, heated outdoor seating, a private dining room, and a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, genuinely enjoys taking care of guests, and thrives in a busy restaurant environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, margaritas, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and efficient hospitality to bar guests and the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout service
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and responsible alcohol-service practices
- Demonstrate knowledge of our food menu, cocktails, spirits, and ingredients
- Make thoughtful recommendations and help guests discover new drinks and menu items
- Maintain awareness of guest needs while managing multiple orders during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking
- Follow all restaurant, health, safety, and cash-handling procedures
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Solid understanding of basic bartending and serving fundamentals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy services
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, cocktails, and Mexican-inspired drinks is a plus
- Previous bar lead or bar management experience is preferred
- Valid RBS and Food Handlers card

Pay: $19.61 - $22.00 per hour
