At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking a full-time Office-Based Program Assistant in Craven County, NC, to support our Assertive Community Treatment team (ACTT).
Your impact on the team’s mission
The Program Assistant staff member ensures that business operations and activities are organized and moving forward. This pivotal role is responsible for providing administrative support to ACTT, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the ACTT or Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) team.
Some of the daily activities you would do as the Front Desk staff are:

Greet the public and refer them to the appropriate staff member

Scan documents and place them in charts, fax correspondence, manage the mail

Maintain the accounting and budget records and the medical records

Entering and tracking team performance and outcome data; running reports.

Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is a must.

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of one year experience in a clinical or clerical setting or,

A combination of education and experience
