We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service and repairs on their motorsports. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will help guide clients through their machines maintenance needs, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience. You will coordinate between customers and our skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service, promote additional repairs or maintenance when appropriate, and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair options clearly
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, or transmission repairs to maximize customer value
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of services
- Write detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all transactions including cash handling
- Explain repair procedures and vehicle maintenance recommendations to customers in an understandable manner
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge
- Ability to learn computer systems and type repair orders
- Willingness to do trainings provided by OEM's to expand your knowledge of the motorsports service for different machines
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Strong communication skills combined with a proactive sales approach to enhance customer relationships
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to manage transactions accurately

Pay: $56,426.73 - $67,954.77 per year
