Aroma Joe's in Rindge is growing, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team!
We're currently interviewing, hiring, and training baristas for all shifts between 4:30 AM and 9:00 PM. If you're a high school student, college student, someone looking for a second job, or simply searching for a fun, fast-paced workplace with flexible scheduling, Aroma Joe's could be the perfect fit!

No barista experience? No problem! We're happy to train motivated people with positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
Store Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 5:15 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 5:45 AM – 9:00 PM

What You'll Do:
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to Aroma Joe's quality standards.
- Deliver friendly, energetic customer service with every interaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized café and workstations.
- Complete shift-specific responsibilities and daily checklists.
- Safely handle cash and follow security procedures.
- Communicate effectively with teammates, managers, and customers.
- Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace.
