Smile with Care at Southlands is a growing private dental practice seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team.
We are looking for a provider who values quality patient care, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This position is available as part-time or full-time, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Schedule
Our office is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Looking for a provider available at least 2 days per week
Flexible scheduling options available for part-time and full-time candidates
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Colorado dental license in good standing
Unrestricted, active dental license & DEA registration in state of operation
Current BLS certification
Malpractice insurance eligibility
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a dental office required
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Comfortable performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Positive attitude and strong team mentality
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
Develop and present treatment plans
Provide restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110 an hour, $95K to $120K per year
