Spay4LA is a high-volume, low-cost mobile spay and neuter veterinary clinic serving the Greater Los Angeles area. Our mission is to make affordable spay and neuter services accessible to all pet owners and community caregivers, helping to reduce pet overpopulation and prevent unwanted litters.
We provide services 5 days per week throughout Los Angeles County. Typical shifts are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team.
Position Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative or similar customer service role in a veterinary setting is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and veterinary software systems
- Comfortable handling payments and cash transactions
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using ClinicHQ veterinary software is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and returning a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with clients
- Checking in surgery patients
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Filling prescriptions
- Discharging surgery patients and reviewing post-operative instructions with clients
- Providing client education regarding post-operative care and medications
- Supporting the medical team as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the surgical process
