Job Overview
We are expanding our over-the-road operations and are looking for drivers
to operate NON-CDL box trucks (14 ft) Ram Promaster 3500 on long-haul routes.
This role is designed for drivers who are comfortable staying on the road
for extended periods and prefer consistent work with predictable dispatch.
What the role includes:
- Over-the-road routes nationwide
- Typical rotation: 3–4 weeks on the road
- Operation of company-provided NON-CDL box trucks (14 ft)
- Steady freight volume and regular dispatch
- Ongoing support from our operations team
Pay Structure:
- Weekly settlements based on miles completed
- Clear and transparent mileage calculations
- Reliable weekly payments via direct deposit
Driver Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (non-CDL)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to operate light-duty commercial vehicles safely
- Willingness to remain OTR for extended periods
- Commitment to following company policies and safety standards
Equipment Details:
- 14 ft non-CDL box truck
- Vehicles maintained and operated in accordance with applicable regulations
Operations Base:
- Dispatch coordinated from Akron, OH
Additional Notes:
- Compensation and tax reporting are handled under a 1099 structure
