About the Role
The Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator is the patient's most important guide through their specialty care experience. This role bridges clinical care, financial coordination, and emotional support so that every patient feels informed, valued, and confident in moving forward with treatment.

- Follow through on every patient, every treatment plan, and every commitment with consistency and attention to detail
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Connects with patients quickly and genuinely, making them feel like a person—not an appointment
- Listens deeply before responding, giving patients the space to share what they are really carrying
- Connects treatment to what matters most to each patient so decisions feel personal and purposeful
- Remains warm, calm, and confident when conversations become emotionally or financially complex
- Balances the clinical, relational, and operational demands of the position with professionalism and grace
- Follows through without needing reminders and takes ownership of every patient interaction
- Genuinely believes in the value of exceptional periodontal and dental implant care—and patients feel that conviction
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
