We are looking for an Exceptional Dental Assistant!
We are looking for an exceptional dental assistant to join our team two days per week, working TWO 11 hour shifts alongside one of our lead doctors in a fast paced, highly aesthetic practice. This is not an entry level position. We are seeking someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, takes ownership of the schedule, anticipates the doctor's needs and is committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
What you'll do:
- Assist with comprehensive and cosmetic dental procedures
- Support same-day crown workflows using digital technology
- Assist with surgical procedures and advanced restorative treatment
- Manage the flow of the doctor's schedule efficiently and proactively
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, organized and running on time
- Place Invisalign attachments and support Invisalign treatment appointments
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
What We are Looking for:
- Experience Dental Assistant (EFDA preferred, but not required)
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Must have current Arizona Dental Radiography Certification
- Comfortable with same day crowns, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and surgical procedures.
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to keep a demanding schedule running smoothly
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to be coached.
