We’re hiring a Junior Construction Project Manager to support and grow under the supervision of our Senior Construction Project Manager while taking increasing ownership of residential and multi-unit construction projects.
This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to construction management, field operations, client communication, and project execution inside a fast-moving company.
If you are proactive, organized, willing to learn quickly, and capable of pushing projects forward without constant oversight, we’d like to meet you.
Compensation: $60K–$70K base + performance bonus (up to $5K), with a clear path for growth based on performance and responsibility.
Reports to: Senior Construction Project Manager
What you’ll do:
- Assist in managing residential and multi-unit projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections
- Help track budgets, schedules, and project progress
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, and field teams
- Identify issues early and help drive solutions proactively
- Support day-to-day project execution across multiple active job sites
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in residential or multi-unit construction
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal team
- Desire to grow into a higher-level Project Management role
- Reliable transportation required for site visits and meetings
