Job Title: Dietary Cook
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotation between days and nights

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Be detail-oriented, maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance, and act professionally as a team player.
- Follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
- Be dependable, with experience in facilities utilizing quantity food production methods.
- Read and accurately apply requirements of food tray cards.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interact positively with residents, clients, other personnel, and the public.
- Work around food and cleaning products.
- Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
- Prepare tasty and delicious meals.
- Meet the dietary requirements established by the physician’s order; substituting menu items as needed.
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience in large quantities is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and diet restrictions
