Montessori Schoolhouse is dedicated to nurturing young minds through a loving, supportive, and stimulating environment based on the Montessori Method. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dynamic Montessori Teacher who is passionate about working with children and fostering their development.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports each child's development.
- Implement the Montessori curriculum effectively, encouraging independence and a love for learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
**Requirements:**
- **Montessori Certification**: Required or in the process of completion.
- **Education Requirements**: Minimum of 12 Child Development Units (CDU) completed.
- **Experience**: Demonstrated knowledge of the Montessori Curriculum and experience working with children.
- **Bilingual**: Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- **CPR Certification**: Valid CPR certification is required.
- **Background Check**: Must complete fingerprinting and background check as part of the hiring process.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
