Golden Parasol Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) in the Jackson-Metro Area for 10-12 hrs shifts to provide compassionate and quality in-home care to clients. We also provide compassionate and quality in-home care to clients in the following counties: Hinds, Rankin, Copiah, Lincoln, Madison, Simpson, Warren, Claiborne, Lawrence, Jefferson Davis, Covington, Smith and Yazoo. Attention to detail, great written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic will make you a valuable asset to our agency.
PCA JOB SUMMARY
Assisting clients in their home and/or community setting;
- Assistance with ADLs
- Ensuring effective and efficient personal care and the achievement of desired client goals.
- Supports the organization’s vision and mission.
- Documentation of daily client care and activity.
- Light housekeeping and running errands.
Must have the following:
- Current CPR with First Aid
- Valid Photo ID or Driver's License
- Current Background Check
- Annual Direct Care Training or CNA Certification
- Reliable Transportation
