Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.
Responsibilities:
- PODs and scanning them into system
- Tracking Line haul/ updating system
- Making local appointments and update system
- Tracking local deliveries
- Tracking local pickups updating system and inventory
- Sending and confirming rate confirmations for local deliveries
- Putting paperwork together for local deliveries and pickups
- Creating manifests for local
- Local inventory tracking in and out
- Spreadsheets
- Updating local deliveries to customers
- Tracking cartage companies and updating system
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset)
- Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Great problem solving skills
