We’re looking for friendly, dependable Seasonal Farm Market Retail Associates to join our team for the upcoming fall season! This position involves assisting customers, stocking produce and merchandise, operating the register, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere in the farm market.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist with any questions or concerns.
-Provide information about products.
Transaction Processing:
-Accurately scan and price items.
-Process cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payments.
- Issue receipts or change due to customers.
Inventory and Stock:
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of low stock or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Ensure that products are fresh and properly labeled.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the checkout area, workstations and farm market clean and organized.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling appropriately.
Team Collaboration:
- Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure a smooth operation.
- Assist in other areas of the farm market as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
