About Turn Offroad
Turn Offroad is a growing aftermarket off-road company focused on designing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality products for Ford Bronco, Jeep, and other off-road vehicles. Our product line includes hard tops, bumpers, sliders, roof racks, MOLLE panels, tire carriers, suspension-related products, and other vehicle accessories.
We are looking for a customer service representative who understands both people and vehicles. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a good attitude, and has enough mechanical knowledge to understand how aftermarket parts install and function.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for helping customers before and after they purchase Turn Offroad products. This includes answering product questions, helping customers understand fitment and installation, resolving issues, coordinating with internal departments, and making sure customers feel taken care of.
The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, a basic understanding of vehicles and off-road products, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers who may be installing parts themselves or working with a shop.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional and helpful manner
- Assist customers with product questions, fitment questions, and basic installation guidance
- Help customers understand how Turn Offroad products install and what may be required
- Troubleshoot customer issues and gather photos, videos, order details, and other information when needed
- Work with shipping, warehouse, sales, and product development teams to resolve customer concerns
- Process warranty requests, replacement parts, returns, and exchanges when appropriate
- Follow up with customers to make sure issues are resolved
- Maintain accurate notes and communication records
- Learn Turn Offroad’s product line and become a knowledgeable resource for customers
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Automotive, off-road, or mechanical knowledge strongly preferred
- Ability to understand basic vehicle parts, tools, and installation steps
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Patient, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer issues at once
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, Katana, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a plus, but not required
Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role is someone who is friendly, dependable, and genuinely wants to help customers. They do not need to be a master mechanic, but they should be comfortable around vehicles, tools, and aftermarket parts. They should be able to look at an installation issue, ask the right questions, and help move the customer toward a solution.
We are looking for someone who can represent Turn Offroad well, keep customers calm when issues come up, and work with the rest of our team to get problems solved quickly and professionally.

- In-person role at our Riverside, CA location
