Summary
Atlas Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator for a great company in Liberty Lake, WA. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping shipments moving, and being a key part of a reliable warehouse team.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will support day to day warehouse operations including finished goods shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory transactions, and cycle counting. You will help make sure customer and intercompany shipments are accurate, documented correctly, and completed safely.
Responsibilities
- Generate shipping labels and shipment documentation using ERP systems, UPS, FedEx, and internet based shipping platforms
- Process small parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments accurately
- Package and prepare routine sales orders for shipment
- Pick and pack customer and intercompany orders
- Receive, put away, cycle count, and move product as needed
- Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate logs
- Research and resolve shipment variances
- Load and unload trucks and move materials between departments
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck as needed
- Follow warehouse safety, material handling, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- UPS and FedEx shipping experience preferred
- LTL and BOL experience preferred
- ERP system experience preferred
- Forklift experience or license preferred
- Comfortable using computers, email, and internet based systems
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
- $19.50 to $21.00 per hour
- Direct hire
- Non exempt
Available Shifts
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
