We’re seeking a part-time Hospital Admissions Representative for our Surgery & Pain areas to work Mondays-Fridays from 2pm-6pm/7pm.
Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status.
Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing duties

Greeting and registering patients

Pre-registration
-
Scheduling appointments
-
Insurance Verifications
-
Collecting and posting copays and deductibles

Tracking visits and authorizations
-
Preparing admissions paperwork

Admitting patients
