Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Chauffeur to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, and courteous driving services to clients, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, and box trucks. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles such as limousines, buses, shuttle vans, and box trucks according to scheduled routes and client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of assigned vehicles through routine inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo or luggage for clients or deliveries as required.
- Keep detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Respond promptly to client requests or changes in schedule, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial driving, including shuttle driving, limousine service, or bus driving.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; specific endorsements for limousine or bus operation are preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to operate various vehicle types such as school buses, box trucks, or <PERSON> drivers’ vehicles.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving.
- Prior experience in delivery driver roles or shuttle services is advantageous.
- Physical ability to assist passengers with luggage or cargo when necessary.
