Located along the busy Loveland Bike Trail, we serve up refreshing slushee cocktails and a small but high-quality food menu straight from our food truck. Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and efficient Line Cook to join our seasonal team. This role operates out of our food truck, preparing a focused menu with an emphasis on consistency, speed, and quality. If you enjoy a tight-knit team, a streamlined menu, and a high-energy environment, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in a compact food truck kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory
- Work closely with bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service
- Handle high-volume periods with efficiency and attention to detail
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions
