Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. The Fire Sprinkler Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' properties.
Duties
- Install fire sprinkler systems according to blueprints and schematics.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing fire sprinkler systems.
- Fabricate and install piping using hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues with fire sprinkler systems and implement effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and contractors on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to fire sprinkler systems.
- Experience in fire sprinkler fitting, including pipe threading, soldering, and welding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to fabricate pipelines as required for various installations.
- Knowledge of local fire codes and safety regulations is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or in a related field is highly desirable.
- CPVC AND COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
- FOREMAN EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE ABLE TO INSTALL 20 HEADS A DAY CPVC AND COMMERCIAL
