Bark Property Management is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with the President of the company, playing a key part in leasing and marketing our commercial real estate portfolio while supporting property acquisitions and day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial real estate or property management experience who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll DoLeasing & Tenant Relations
- Assist with leasing office and retail properties throughout our portfolio.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate property tours, meetings, and lease discussions.
- Maintain lease negotiation files and monitor upcoming lease expirations.
- Conduct tenant outreach regarding lease renewals and foster positive tenant relationships.
Marketing & Property Promotion
- Prepare and update online property listings across various marketing platforms.
- Assist in creating brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and other vendors to showcase available properties.
- Keep marketing databases current and organized.
Property Acquisitions & Due Diligence
- Support due diligence efforts for potential property acquisitions.
- Review and summarize lease documents.
- Coordinate inspections with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Assist with research and documentation throughout the acquisition process.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Maintain organized records of prospective tenants, buyers, and sellers.
- Manage rent rolls and track vacancies throughout the portfolio.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to the President and assist with special projects as needed.
What We're Looking ForQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
- Two or more years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with commercial listing platforms such as LoopNet, CoStar, or MLS is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.

Work Location: In person
