Seeking a full-time paralegal with HOA and Condo Association law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have no less than 3 years of solid litigation work as a paralegal or legal assistant handling all aspects of litigation files. Applicants must have HOA/Condo law firm or handling full cycle foreclosure litigation cases and have an interest in learning HOA work.
The law firm represents associations in a variety of matters from covenant violations, foreclosures and general, etc. The paralegal is responsible for handling a very heavy caseload and working closely with HOA/Condo Board members, homeowners and management companies. Manage complaints, referrals, prepare notices, complaints, liens, release of liens, foreclosure notices, collections, etc.
This is a very demanding position that is document intensive and deadline driven. You must be professional, courteous, self-starter and truly a team player. Applicants need to work with a sense of urgency and be capable of multitasking on a daily basis. The law firm provides medical, dental, vision and paid time off. Compensation is commensurate with experience and very competitive with Central Florida law firms. Firm will pay top end compensation to a candidate with extensive experience.
This is a hybrid position. Work from home Monday and Friday. In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
