Job Summary:
Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide basic patient care under the direction of our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of independence and dignity for our residents. If you are passionate about working with the aging population and possess excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including changing linens, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Support the development of individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communication skills
Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
