Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure in commercial, industrial, and renovation settings. Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to diagnose issues and verify system functionality.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and high voltage circuits to support automation and industrial applications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper framing carpentry, schematics adherence, and integration of electrical components during renovation or new construction projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent failures and ensure safety compliance on construction sites or commercial facilities.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools and handling electrical components in diverse environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings; construction site experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NEC regulations, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and low/high voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks including PLCs and control wiring.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while adhering to OSHA standards.
- Skilled in frame carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile project support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail during troubleshooting or renovation work.
