Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Aide to assist teachers in the classroom. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, demonstrates Christian values, and helps create a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
Responsibilities
● Assist teacher with classroom setup and learning
● Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
● Help with crafts, games, snacks, and learning activities
● Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
● Encourage positive behavior and kindness among campers
● Support children with daily routines and transitions
Qualifications
● Affirm and support the school’s statement of faith and model Christ-centered character that reflects
Christian integrity, humility, and service
● Must be at least 16 years old
● Experience working with children preferred
● Friendly, patient, and responsible attitude
● Ability to work well as part of a team
● Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive environment
● Current food handlers permit (or willingness to obtain)
● Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
