Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Case Manager who takes ownership of cases, communicates effectively, and thrives in an organized, fast-paced office environment.
This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, consistently meets deadlines, and values teamwork while supporting clients through important life transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Social Security Disability cases from intake through final resolution.
- Meet with clients and guide them through required documentation and next steps.
- Ensure all applications, appeals, and supporting documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Communicate regularly with the Social Security Administration (SSA) regarding case status and requirements.
- Provide consistent updates to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- File documents with SSA accurately and within required deadlines
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all information is properly documented.
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and medical providers
- Track and manage multiple case deadlines simultaneously.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in a legal or office setting
- Social Security Disability experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software (Prevail preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation
- $55,000 + per year, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Standard business hours (no weekends)
- Flexible scheduling or hybrid days after training
