Lake Motor Group used car dealership is opening a new location in Des Plaines and looking to hire a Front Desk / Office Assistant. This is a W-2 position.
You will:
- Greet customers, answer questions and assist in the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls
- Prepare customer paperwork
- Schedule customer appointments
- Keep the office organized, supplied, and running smoothly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
This role is for you if you:
- Are comfortable talking with customers and helping people in person or over the phone
- Like keeping things organized and pay attention to details
- Are comfortable using computers, email, and CRM
- Can handle a fast-paced dealership environment
- Bring a proactive approach to daily responsibilities
- Have a valid driver’s license
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00am – 6:00pm, Sat 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Compensation: $1,000 per week before taxes (W-2)
