What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a technology and media-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and sign-in processes when assigned, and help to support authorized access in accordance with location protocols.

Communicate clearly with clients, employees, visitors, and first responders during routine operations and/or escalated events, while maintaining professional presence and customer-focused service.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.
-
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
-
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
-
Customer service experience is preferred.
-
CPR and First Aid is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
