- Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest interaction.
- Lead, coach, and support team members throughout each shift.
- Ensure sandwiches are prepared quickly, accurately, and according to Jimmy John's standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
- Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, and daily restaurant operations.
- Help build a positive, productive, and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
