Part-Time Front Desk Associate – AVL Academy
AVL Academy is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team in Fair Oaks, CA.
As the first point of contact for our students and visitors, you will help create a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the academy. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome students, visitors, and prospective students with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and assist with student check-ins.
- Process student payments and issue receipts.
- Keep the front desk, classrooms, and common areas clean, organized, and ready before classes begin.
- Support the Admissions team by greeting prospective students and assisting with scheduled appointments.
- Support instructors by checking in clients arriving for student services.
- Update student information in the CRM and perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English & Spanish (REQUIRED).
- Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Experience using digital tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour
