American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a 12-week hospital assignment requiring care management experience and EPIC proficiency.

Work within the Case Management unit of a hospital setting

Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
-
12-week assignment length
-
May require floating onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed

Uses EPIC EMR system

Active WI or compact RN license required
-
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Minimum 1 year of experience required

Prior care management experience required

EPIC EMR experience required

Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Provide case management services to patients within a hospital environment
