Estheticians and Cosmetologists Wanted
Body-Sculpting, Body-Wrap and Facial Specialists
Body Transformations LLC is seeking licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists who are interested in becoming body-transformation specialists.
Prior body-sculpting or body-wrap experience is not required. Body Transformations LLC will provide training in our approved sculpting services, body wraps, products, equipment, safety procedures, and treatment protocols.
Applicants should already be confident in providing professional facial and skin-care services or be willing to expand their skills through additional training.
Services May Include
Depending upon licensing, qualifications, and completed training:
- Customized facials
- Anti-aging and firming facials
- Body-sculpting services
- Body-firming and contouring treatments
- Body wraps
- Body exfoliation treatments
- Lymphatic-focused cosmetic treatments
- Radio-frequency and microcurrent services
- Red-light and infrared wellness services
- Service enhancements and retail products
All services must be performed within the professional’s Indiana license, completed training, and approved company protocols.
Training Provided
Body Transformations LLC will provide training in:
- Approved body-sculpting equipment
- Body-wrap and exfoliation protocols
- Client consultations
- Contraindications and safety procedures
- Treatment preparation and aftercare
- Progress measurements and documentation
- Before-and-after photography procedures
- Treatment packages and client education
- Rebooking, retail products, and service enhancements
Professionals must successfully complete the required training before independently performing a new service.
Compensation
Commission is based on independently selected availability, completed services, rebooking, retail sales, add-on sales, and overall performance.
Both the daily and weekly requirements must be satisfied to qualify for each commission level.
Independent Contractors select and submit their availability. Once availability is submitted, contractors are expected to remain available to accept appointments during those times.
The professional achieving the highest weekly sales and strongest overall performance will receive priority booking opportunities. Priority is earned through current results—not seniority.
Qualifications and Expectations
Applicants must:
- Hold a current Indiana Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
- Maintain professional liability insurance
- Be willing to complete all required company training
- Follow all treatment protocols and safety requirements
- Provide professional consultations and customized services
- Maintain complete client notes, measurements, and treatment records
- Actively encourage appropriate rebooking
- Recommend beneficial products, packages, and enhancements
- Educate clients about all appropriate facial, body, and wellness offerings
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Honor the availability they select
- Contribute to a respectful, professional, and client-focused environment
