Responsibilities
· Schedule installation projects and coordinate installer calendars
· Conduct pre-installation confirmation calls with customers
· Prepare and distribute installation packets and project documentation
· Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction
· Monitor installer performance, GPS time tracking, and job progress
· Coordinate with the Installation Manager to keep projects on schedule
· Maintain project templates and update production tracking spreadsheets
· Process completed job paperwork and return packets
· Upload project documents into company systems
· Update service queues and project status within company software
· Track installer bonus information and job costing data
· Manage company purchasing cards and receipt reconciliation
· File incident reports and maintain accurate project records
· Support daily production reporting and team scorecards
· Help identify scheduling issues and communicate solutions proactively
Requirements:
· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
· Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
· A strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and internal teams
· Self-motivated and able to prioritize work independently
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Comfortable learning new software systems
· Experienced in scheduling, project coordination, or office administration (construction or home services experience is a plus)
