Lead Caregiver / Med Tech
Village Concepts of Enumclaw – High Point Village is looking for a reliable, compassionate Lead Caregiver / Med Tech to join our team! If you’re an experienced HCA or CNA with medication administration and nurse delegation experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Full-Time Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Pay: $23.00–$23.50/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications
- Current CNA or HCA certification
- Med Tech experience strongly preferred
- Nurse Delegation strongly preferred
- Act in good conscience
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
What You’ll Do
As a Lead Caregiver / Med Tech, you’ll help provide compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting the team in delivering care/daily needs of our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with medication administration according to established procedures
- Provide assistance with personal care, hygiene and activities of daily living
- Assist residents with ambulation, mobility and transfers
- Monitor and respond to resident needs
- Follow health, safety and infection-control standards
- Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses and other team members
- Help create a warm, respectful and welcoming environment for our residents and other members of the team
