ERP International is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our Corporate Team supporting healthcare programs across the federal government. This position is ideal for a credentialing professional with expertise in healthcare provider credentialing, privileging, compliance, and onboarding within a government contracting environment.
The Credentialing Specialist serves as a key partner to Clinical Operations, Talent Acquisition, Program Management, and healthcare providers, ensuring that all credentialing and privileging requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with contract, regulatory, and client requirements.
This position is based in San Antonio, Texas, with remote work flexibility.

Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare credentialing experience.

Experience supporting provider credentialing and onboarding activities within a federal contractor, healthcare system, managed care organization, military treatment facility, or similar healthcare environment.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple provider files and credentialing priorities simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, privileging, provider enrollment, and primary source verification processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification or equivalent credentialing certification.

Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), Military Health System (MHS), or other federal healthcare programs.

Experience with credentialing software and provider data management systems.

Knowledge of Joint Commission, NCQA, URAC, or federal credentialing standards.
Pay Scale: $52,000 - $60,000 annually to be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, market conditions, internal equity, and contract requirements.
Employee will be eligible for monthly incentive program in addition to base salary.
