Job Summary
Concord Carlisle Youth Soccer runs several programs throughout the year. We are looking for outgoing Soccer Coaches to join our organization. Your enthusiasm and passion for soccer will coexist with your fun personaltiy to inspire young players to develop their skills, teamwork, and confidence. In this role, your coaching will help children enjoy the game while building essential life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and humor. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young players’ lives through engaging and motivating coaching.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate youth soccer training sessions that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and fun.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for children of all skill levels.
- Assess individual player progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to communicate player progress, upcoming events, and team activities.
- Assist in organizing team practices, games and community events.
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education to children or youth is highly desirable.
- US Soccer or UEFA soccer qualifications are required. CCYS will also support the development of coaches by paying for further coach education.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is encouraged.
