Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with approximately 2–8 years of construction or carpentry experience who has a solid foundation of skills but is still eager to grow.
You don't need to know everything. In fact, we'd rather hire someone who is motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn our methods.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2–8 years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience
- Understands basic framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Takes initiative and stays productive when not being directly instructed
- Is eager to learn and open to new ways of doing things
- Works well as part of a close-knit team
- Is willing to do whatever the job requires—from fine finish work to demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Enjoys working hard, staying active, and taking pride in quality work
- Can safely lift and carry 50 pounds
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Is authorized to work in the United States
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus, but not required
What You'll Do
Our work is diverse, and no two projects are exactly alike. Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Finish carpentry and trim installation
- Cabinet and millwork installation
- Demolition and site preparation
- Installing doors, windows, siding, and hardware
- Assisting with concrete, waterproofing, and exterior work
- Material handling and jobsite organization
- Working alongside experienced carpenters to build high-quality projects
